I attached three pictures, A picture of a building, picture of a guy and a example of what I am looking for. A caricature of the large head (looking down on the building) coming out of the doom of the building. I would like the final picture to be in colors and have shadow.

yes I understood what you want but if its possible then can you send a better image of the person for making the caricature because the mage you have attached pixelates on zooming 2x

the guy in the picture is the manager of the restaurant and his birthday is coming up and I would like to get a picture maybe 3 x 5 feet of his head attached to the building and present it to him as a gift at his birthday party we are throwing him at the restaurant. The picture would be funny and it shows he is watching over the restaurant. I hope this explanation helps you out

only his head would be hovering over the building and he is looking down at the building with a big smile. His neck would be emerging from the highest point of the building.

Exactly what you want... A man with a large head looking down at the building and the body would be emerging from the base of the building or would the man be sanding on the building.
