1) Do you require a sample image that represents any of the values mentioned? so you can get an idea of the style of illustration they are seeking, or do intend the 14 images?

FYI
This is the first time I create a contest in Freelancer, and I already noticed it lacks the standard contest capabilities for entries and awards. Maybe I should of created a project instead...
Yes, the price is for all 14 fully finished illustrations. You can provide rough sketches/b&w to all 14 to make sure they match the "values" I'm looking for before the contest time ends though.
I don't even know If I will have the option in freelancer to proceed this way or if it's going to shut down after the days are done...; anyway, once I select an illustrator, if he/she takes another extra week or 10 days to produce the finals, it's fine with me. Once I get the 14 final illustrations you'll get paid.
I cannot Guarantee that I'm going to award the project if do not like what I get. I like non sealed because it promotes competition.
If this contest provides me no positive results, I will create a regular project then.
