I have a domain Newb Ninja. The domain is going to host a range of things eventually but initially I just need a themed landing page. I have have a rough design of what I'm looking for but I'm looking for someone with some creativity in web design who can bring my little project to life.

Initially it's only for a one page site until I decide what I am going to host here. The landing page will be video animated ... I'd like the sky to crack with lightning on a loop of about 30 seconds ... a flash of lightning every 20-30 seconds. Preferably 2 separate patterns so it adds a bit more life to the page.

The inner section of the site has a little character head that I've designed whose eyes will move dynamically as the visitor hovers over the links to my socials which will slowly rotate around the outside of my character (around the black circle). When highlighted over they'll stop animating briefly and display a little info (almost like a bubble pop up) informing the user where this link leads to. The social media icons will be very apparent and can easily be sourced via google.

The face has a variety of poses but I will implement them at a later date, for now the eyes will just move to the cursor point when the social media link in question is highlighted. I can explain more via chat if you're unsure what I mean by this.

I have full webhosting with hostinger and the site must be uploaded to this site and setup accordingly. Wordpress is installed and Elementor (if required). I will probably seek to add a blog or something to it in the future but that's not required right now.

I'm looking for a talented web designer to bring this theme to life and offer their own creative ideas. Although this project might start small I will hope to offer the future expansions / page implementations to the same developer assuming we're both satisfied.

EDIT: If the lightning effect is too difficult, if you have some other suggestions for a ninja themed background (to be slightly faded out in the background) then I am open to suggestions.

    Please understand guys that this site is mostly to host links to my YouTube channel which will have videos and tutorials on Ethical Hacking, Programming and Gaming. It should have a blog style functionality as I will be using it to host my blog too. It should display the last 3 blogs that I made but the blog will be hosted on another page so a link to the blog page should be there too.

    The social media icons do not necessarily have to rotate (it was just an idea) maybe some sort of navigation bar or sections underneath the circle or around it in sections? I'm not sure ... what are your ideas?

      I think for simplicity, a list of links under the icon that is also referenced in the footer should be good.

    Hello, I wanted to know more info about the hero in the middle. Will it be following the cursor around or only react to interactions with the social icons?

      The eyes should follow the cursor and react on hover / click. I was thinking about having the eyes maybe wink or change to one of the other listed animation states upon hover and another for click. What do you think?

      Yes, that sounds good. The eyes would react in one way on hover, then transition to another on click. Though following the cursor might be a bit tricky since the eyes aren't so defined. Thanks for uploading the components

    Hello, could you add the vector file (svg) for the ninja star at the bottom right and for the character in the middle and the plain background without them?
    It would make it easier putting things together that way. I tried recreating the text with the fonts provided but I'm still missing the ninja star and easy access to the character for animating the eyes.
