I intend to publish a digital magazine containing a detailed description of products and associated technology with the possibility of either licensing and/or selling the products. I want to find an online magazine (CMS Platform) , either standalone (my preference) ex: Joomla or Drupal, with the following characteristics:

1) SEO friendly;
2) Low cost;
3) Easy to update CMS Platform;
4) Financial viability of the vendor;
5) Can use Adobe Creative Suite or any par thereof Dreamweaver, fireworks, etc..

The problem however is the cost and experience needed to use the Adobe Publishing Platform.
