Build an Magento store from theme

Contest Brief

Hi, I am looking for someone who can build a complete magento store from a theme which i will provide. You need to customise the theme to make it look different than others. There is an shipping rate extention (Premium Matrixrate) which i would like to be installed as well. I can send you a csv file with rates, you only have to install and make it work.

The website was up and running before but now it stopped working, I also have a back up from the hosting account which i can send you which should reduce the work. You need to delete everything from the server and install a clean store again. Its new business and have only 1 item for sale currently. Thanks
