I need a very simple website, with a very simple design (i attached a schema). The site must not have a database. I want only a button that displays a random quote/text from a file (could be xml, csv, etc). The project will be awarded to the nicest and cleanest design.

Check out my proposal with html5 and jQuery. You not need to refresh all site to display new records.
