I need a fresh new concept for my website. It needs to be elegant, clean, straight to the point. Will provide a few pictures for a gallery but would like website designer to add nice and licensed stock photos. Would like to have the pages optimized for proper search engine cataloging.
A blog page would be necessary so we can post daily developments on projects.

Will need designer to upload new website and leave it in running conditions.
Wordpress would be a must.

I am able to design the site layout and such. However, since you require it to be wordpress I assume you are going to manage the content yourself.

In which case, the design would come with filler content. Is that ok?

  I actually have a bunch of wordpress templates I really like but I want to refrain from having to tweak with it. I need the web designer to have all info content added. We would like to manage only the blog after installation. I just find that it is easir for the designer to add staff to their creation since they are fully acquainted with it.
