SiRu is a team of developers with a lot of experience in projects like yours. One of our team members is very skilled with Photoshop and we have all developed various web pages. Also, one of the members is Portuguese, maybe we can have the website in two languages. The project can be completed as you want it in 2 weeks - if you are short on time, we can discuss this further.
