Contest Brief

I need a Logo for a company called iFactor Brasil TI Ltda (brazilian name) and the art visual should be for the first word "iFactor". My idea would be an i letter inside a circle to be used as an icon for favicon as an example and the "factor" joined to that i. The company name tends to show something related to "information" or "internet" joined to a "factor".
Prefered colors would be red, white and black.
