     IMO every designers first ideas to make a logo: 1.) incorporate scope of activity into logo 2.) make a nice logo using monogram/capitals. /// With letters "F" and "L" this is too obvious solution, so IMO it can't be considered as copying or even using for inspiration. In concept of @bholt85 is perfectly incorporated the meaning of "fine line" and the monograms, using nowaday's modern flat design trend. If you asking me, you should respect better concepts and accept your (and mine) loss.
