Board & Care Website Build
- Status: Closed

Contest Brief
Our board-and-care home needs a fresh website that feels as effortless and reassuring as the example at arrayassistedliving.com, yet remains unmistakably ours. The finished site must echo the colors, fonts, and shapes in our attached logo so a visitor immediately senses our brand.
Visual tone
I want a modern, clean interface with generous white space, clear typography, and intuitive navigation. Subtle transitions are welcome; anything that slows the page or clutters the layout is not.
Core pages and flow
• Home – warm introduction with a prominent “Schedule a Visit” button
• Services – concise descriptions of care levels and amenities
• Photo Gallery – easy-to-update lightbox gallery
• Activities – snapshot of daily and weekly events
• About Us – our story, values, and team photos
• Contact Us – map, phone link, and simple form that can evolve into a dedicated “Book a Tour” workflow
Technical needs
– Responsive design that looks perfect on mobile, tablet, and desktop
– Fast load times, ADA-aware color contrast, and basic on-page SEO baked in
– Built on a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent) that non-technical staff can update without touching code
– Handover package: source files, admin credentials, and a brief maintenance guide or screen-share recording
Acceptance criteria
1. Brand colors and logo integrated seamlessly throughout the UI.
2. Navigation remains clear and visible at all viewport sizes.
3. Each page populated with placeholder text and royalty-free images so I can replace content easily.
4. Contact form sends to our designated email and displays a success confirmation.
5. Site passes Lighthouse performance score of 90+ for mobile.
When you reply, please outline your chosen tech stack, any pre-built themes or frameworks you intend to customize, and the timeline you’d need to reach a launch-ready stage.
