I need the best ai programmer to do this. Please answer the following questions to get this project.

1) Have you done something similiar to this before?
2) What programming language will you do this in?
3) How long will it take you to finish this
4) could you send 3 web sites or apps that you have done simliar to this

The goal of this is so companies dont have to hire hudnreds of sales and support people. They can just sign on up on the web site and it will replace sales and support people. The sales and support people will not be fired, instead they will just manage the ai, listen to the calls and make sure all the calls are done correctly.

Goal - Replace customer support staff, and use AI instead. No more customer support employees, customer support should be answered by AI.

It is possible I have done it in past but please make the budget to 100 to 150 dollars so that I can do the work 10 dollars is way less money.
