Avatar creation:

For an wedding animation, I will need the person in the pictures attached created as an Avatar.

Key points: His thinning Blond MUST be visible.
The avatar wears the Yellowand Blue jersey you'll find the picture. (Pants and shoes don't have particularities. Jeans/black shoes I guess)
The avatar is Facing us. No speacila pose or movement to be done.
Face must be recognisable.

The Avatar would then be animated by someone in a Video.

If you refere to clothing, only the jersey matters. Bottom is pants/shoes with no particular specifications.
