Contest Brief

I want to track down email address of popular film websites/forums/magazines for the following countries. Specifically aimed towards INDEPENDENT FILM MAKERS.

India, China, USA, UK, Korea, Taiwan, Japan

Please don't come to me with sites that cater to a broad market I want websites/forums/magazines that are specifically catered to these individual countries. These also should be websites that are currently used. I don't want websites where the last activity was 6 years ago.
I would like 10 WORKING emails for each country.
