Proposal
Dear contest holder, here is my proposal according to what I can interpret from your description and a little research of how luxury apartments in Lebanon looks like. I skip layouting the bedrooms because I have no idea how you would like to position the bed (e.g. is it alright if the head part of the bed is opposite the bedroom entry door). Let me know what you think and what can be improved.

Thank you for the suggestions. Rooms can be changed. Living room could be a playroom as well. All walls can be moved except the hard blocks.

a. the same as kids bedroom
b. a new room apart from your description, or
c. a feature of the living room?
