Contest Brief

Do not contact outside freelancer. Those who do will be denounced to freelancer.

My request is to create an arabic and an english banner very similar to the attached.

Use the same colors, with the same effects.

The final dimensions of the banners are : 700x260. Photoshop and JPG banners must be submitted. Do not wait. I need this rapidly.

The arabic banner should have a title in very big font that says:
الأخبار

then another huge title that says:
مركز جنيف لحقوق الإنسان والحوار العالمي

then the below text as an article in the newspaper...
مركز جنيف لحقوق الإنسان والحوار العالمي منظمة غير حكومية لا تستهدف الربح المادّي تعمل بالتعاون مع المفوّضيّة السّامية لحقوق الإنسان ومجلس حقوق الإنسان التابعين للأمم المتحدة من أجل تعزيز حقوق الإنسان عن طريق الحوار العالمي. والمركز مستقل لا ارتباط له بأي حكومة أو أيديولوجية سياسية أو مصالح اقتصادية.

لقد أُنشئ مركز جنيف لحقوق الإنسان والحوار العالمي على أساس فكرة مفادها أن عمليّة تكريس الحوار على المستوى العالمي ما تزال تحتاج إلى الكثير من الجهود حتّى تتمّ على الوجه الأمثل. ومن خلال لمّ شمل الجهات الفاعلة في مجال حقوق الإنسان على اختلاف أطيافها وتنوع مهامها، يهدف المركز إلى تعزيز حقوق الإنسان في إطار القانون الدولي، ومن ثمّ فهو يساهم في ضمان تمتع جميع الناس بالحقوق الواردة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والصكوك الدولية ذات الصّلة المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان.

The English banner should have a very big title that says

Then another huge title that says:

then the below text as an article in the newspaper... :
The Geneva Centre for Human Rights Advancement and Global Dialogue is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation based in Geneva, Switzerland. We work in cooperation with the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and United Nations Human Rights Council to promote and protect human rights through global dialogue.We are independent of any government, political ideology, economic interest, or religion.

The Centre was founded on the belief that human rights dialogue across cultures, regions, and sectors is not yet optimal, and we aim to place human rights at the centre of governance throughout the world by promoting mutual understanding and cooperative relations across these boundaries.

I would love some feedback on why my design (entry #18) was rejected so I could improve my design. You did want it to look like a newspaper and have effects of the original reproduced correct?
