Animate logo 80's style in After Effects

Hi,

The logo linked needs to be animated in after effects in 80's style. Some of the animation should be similar to the one seen here (http://videohive.net/item/80s-retro-titles-pack-of-5/6518021?WT.oss_phrase=80%27s&WT.oss_rank=2&WT.z_author=rendaa&WT.ac=search_list) at 26 seconds called "Super Surge".

The logo can be found here https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B52f2JUlXcSIMDBnU0lGbkdteTA/view?usp=sharing. I merged some of the layers, if you need anything else separated, let me know.

In the logo, the "Night City" text should enter just like the SUPER text with the flash etc. The "Assault" text can enter like in that "Surge" example also. I don't like the stars at the end, so don't use that. You can use the shines in the logo at the end though. The rest I leave to you to make it look great (the shines and the rising sun). Things I don't want in the animation is the VHS effect. It should be clean. Output should be 720p and if you could also provide the after effects template, that would be great.

  To clarify, the Assault text seems to come in too early. I like the surges of light in #1 which is also in the example I gave. Maybe they could be added into it somewhere?
