Concept: Corporate Classified Home Page / Newspaper Style. Simple and Clear look. - 1 page design only.
Professional PSD layered creation
Sitename on Logo: "Clasificados de Cuba"

Result must be identical OR Better to this mockup: http://data.freelancer.com/contest/15205/my_favorite4.jpg if you are a creative designer please make it look better, more modern, give it shine, nice effects, better search element, make it brighter. Always to keep the same line/style.

I like structure and I love the categories inside the grid element.
The Cuba Map element must be present.

I'm a little confused. You want an exact duplicate of the link you posted, but then you go on to say 'a designer with a good sense of aesthetics', 'a professional design'. A designer with a good sense of aesthetics would not copy that design, it is outdated, ugly and busy.

If you want an exact copy, why not use the one you have already?

  Designer is not a SCREWDRIVER! He has the creativity to work with.
  Now a days websites are build based on User Interface and Flexibility. Making copy of something is not called as Design.

  well duplicateing a template or a mockup isnt designing but i can keep the same fonts color and spaceing and improveing a little with a clean design since that is what you want i guess.. well anyways ill submit my mockup and let you decide.

  The idea is fine but the aesthetics of your designs are no good. That's why I would like this work to be done by a designer with good sense of aesthetics. When I say "aesthetics" I mean harmony among all elements, fonts, colors, margins, distances, I like the idea in your #6 but then aesthetics touch is missing. The use of the fonts is not right. The font used for the logo I liked. Thank you for your effort, I do appreciate it.
