Contest Brief

My contest is unique: I just need someone to advice us how to approach a specific problem. We need to be informed if there exists worldwide a simple hand-held device that can be used to collect payments on a bus by a conductor and issue instant receipts. The obvious idea would be an Android Phone, so we have an Android app that can work, but there are no printers that come integrated with phones.. And apparently Android 4.2 and below don't support printing..... Please advise, is there a small hand-held scanner+printer that can be used for this purpose out there worldwide? The scanning part or the android app part is for scanning a QR code on the passengers' loyalty travel cards then deducting the bus-fare amount, then the challenge: we hope to find a way of printing them a ticket after the cash is deduction from their card. If there are non Android solutions out there, we are welcome to hear about them.
