I am designing 2 luxurious apartments and need help with finding the best floorplan design solution for the apartments. There is an area of 99m2 (walls have been taken down and the space is ready to be molded to my will) where i need to fit 2 luxurious apartments.
Each apartment needs to have a bedroom, hot tub, sauna, a big shower, toilet, kitchen. One of them (the bigger one) needs to have a full living room, the other one (the smaller one) should probably be an open space.
Windows cannot be changed, the toilets should be in the same places as they were before and the balcony can be left a balcony or can be put inside the apartments (or one of the apartments) as a part of them if need be.
You will get a pdf and dwg file of the floorplan with water inlets and water outlets marked.
The apartments have amazing views so I am going for hot-tubs with a view, and window benches for chilling as well as window bars next to the benches for eating and drinking instead of classical tables.
The entrance doors cannot be moved as well and since the toilets can't be moved the division should be between the toilets and the entrance doors...
I am just looking for a sketch, can be by hand on a printed version of the floorplan, or in autocad, or whatever is easier for you.
According to me, the left apartment should be an open space one (everything except for the toilet should be in one space, even the shower, hot tub etc.) and the other one should have a hot tub and a sauna in the bedroom which is separated and should have a full bathroom with a toilet inside and a living room.
For the TV area, a wall is not a must, since we will probably use retractable projector screens and projectors in both apartments.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask rather than do something that will not win you the contest.
I wish you all the best, and good luck.
P.S. If I am really satisfied with the project, the winner will most probably end up doing the 2d and maybe even the 3d of the apartments!
