Would like a bar at the bottom of every webpage with Social Media Icons. For a game company website.

I would like a black bar with white border stretching across the entire bottom part of the page snapped so it follows when user scrolls.
Within this bar I would like WHITE social media icons/buttons that act as quick links to their respective websites. I made a sketch and attached what I am looking for. This is a low paying contest because of my budget and because I know it won't take long. I am a web designer myself, I just want someone else to do this while I do everything else.

I would like these to be popups so when Games is clicked it pops up a list of the games we have created. Facebook to popup showing a "like" Thumb and twitter to popup a "follow" button and google+ to popup a "+" button.
It is preferred that you use the official logos and stuff please.

  I like it. But can you make the popups slide up from the buttons at the bottom? Like if I click Facebook can you make the box slide up? Also can you make the popup background white and the images white?
