Hi,

I have an A5 Flyer to design from scratch. This will be printed and I need a bleed for printing.

The main subject of the Flyer is of selling property in the UK to investors.

The following should be the main elements of the design:

1) Picture of UK Big Ben in the background
2) In the right top corner - Earn EUR250 for your referral
3) Main Text: Buy Property starting from EUR50,000
4) Main Text: Earn EUR400 per month
5) Secondary text: www.gaucimagri.com and QR Code for the website
6) Secondary text: Email - admin(@)gaucimagri.com
7) Secondary text: Call Marthese on 7709 6712

Our corporate colours are red (#fa2323), blue (#1a1a4b) and white.
