Update an Existing Logo

  Hi, I have updated a logo. However, I use the same structure because I'm not sure if you want a complete remodel or only a review. For this, I would like to know the next things:
  - If the shield frame and his dsitribution must be the same
  - Must to have a determinated colors
  - If the inside items (cross, drips) have to be maintained and if is possible to remodel it.

     Thanks for the design. In answer to your questions:
     
     The shield shape and parts should stay the same.
     
     The colours of the school can be seen at http://www.wickhamcourt.org/index.php.
     
     The inner items should remain.
     
     Maybe the design should be a bit closer to the red and white on the website to keep in with the school colours?

     I have remodeled the previous version but now with the school colors. I hope this version would be more suitable to the requeriments.
