  Hello Bludov and thanks for your new proposition. I think that there are some points that have to be improved. In the northern apartment, the shape of the bathrooms looks strange and the bedroom n°2 looks small (more elongated than wider).
  For the southern apartment, the main issues are the kitchen which is far from the window and the bedroom n°3 which is huge. The foyer is too large. Thanks again.
