  Hi, so I will award you the contest! First, can you make a few changes for me?
  
  1) Make "Home Building Specialists" taller and bolder
  2) Get rid of "Owner" and move "Lic #...." to that spot. Replace "LIC#" with "CSL#"
  3) In the "Lic#" old spot, replace it with F - 310.819.8359
  4) Add "Professional Workmanship" one same line as "New Homes- Additions - Professional Workmanship"
  5) Change all the font to look like this: the uploaded file titled "IMG_1250"

     Only one thing to ask you;
     Do you know what is the name of that font?
     If you know, great, if not, I will try to find one that match closely.
