I think it's a great idea and I do like how the form is filled in. As far as any changes I do not think the domain needs to remain at the bottom during the video or in the upper right hand corner. I think it just makes it a little too repetitive. Then in the actual message that you put in the form it is important that is different. I would prefer to see the message typed read something like "I need $30,000 for more inventory." Overall though very nicely done and very creative. Thank you for your submission.
