These banners where designed with the idea that the hosts picture would be displayed over them on FaceBook. Twitter would probably be best designed without a photo, I have samples of what this type of design would look like on Facebook and Twitter here: http://ppl.ug/IvnQ6gNYExw/

Definitely clean and modern. Works well for the Twitter mockup you did...but a bit too simple for my liking in the other spots. I'm looking for the image to help the viewer understand what this is all about...podcast...personal growth, self-discovery, motivation.
