    Hi,
    IMHO, my personal preference is no bullet and no oval (original design), more simple.
    But as a designer I have to let business owner decides.
    I will supply all versions: original design (rectangle) without bullet and without oval,
    then version with bullet, version with oval and version with oval moved forward,
