PS: maybe you can make an aditional option (as suggested in our team discussion) additionally to the one below (main option), whereas texture is one one line with the ant put left centered above the whole "Essential" text and the "IT Jobs) a bigger font in synch with the ant/and essential texture;; just to see how this would look like, let's see and thanks

Hi Advway, cool thanks, we think to decide into your direction, in order to get finished pls. rework the one in the down left corner (wiht IT Jobs as it is) combinded with the "Essential" font and look from the left upper corner and put together accordingly with the color being reworked so it fits properly (green style, maybe the "IT" a little bolder), pls. provide 4 options of this combination again to hopefully finally choose from, thanks for our efforts and best regards
