Here's a cleaner look. I was wondering whether you like the logo layout. So I did a lot of experiment with the color palette, trying many different color. Gonna upload them soon, hope you would drop feedback :)

Your idea is nice, try to work on details, to make him more attractive. Must not look like a cheap logo.
