My input is very visual and less technical for you to understand the proposal. However, I must remember that the distribution of duplexes in the land follows the rules you left in the description and the information I was able to collect. So that you can evaluate in more detail, I'll be providing a link with some more technical drawings with a cut for you to check the heights and pdfs to check the areas of the environments

My proposal for your vacation apartments is to activate the two streets with facades on both. There are therefore two plant options. A more rectangular one, with three bedrooms and a garage for one car and the second floor with a square format, four bedrooms and a garage for two cars.
