Greetings. Here is my proposal. Each house has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, hall (living/dining), open kitchen, 1 utility below staircase, family in first floor, 2 balconies in first floor, double height for hall. The 3D views are exactly as per the floor plan. Concrete finished & some wood works. Please give your feedback for addition or alteration.

Maximum building hight is 8 meters. I would likt to see the ground floor is a bit higher, higher ceiling for luxurious feeling.

Nice! Here are my thoughts:
I would use (some of) the double hight space as terrace. This way we create an enjoyable space with more view. As the double hight space is very nice, but it is more expensive to build while not using it in your current design. I like it that you mirrored unit 1b and 2b, so it looks like 2 houses! (this way people can buy/rent 2 units 1a+1b or 2a+2b and use it for larger groups. Tip: use connecting doors!) Also it is important to take in account the building costs. So I would use a bit less concrete (and more wood) Please make the separation walls wood or other material, because not it feels to 'heavy'. Pool may be smaller.
