Concept Draft of Geocode Gantt Chart
Here I have made a concept draft for this project. In here you are able to add points as much as you want to the theater stage. Script is used to add, remove or reset points. All of these positions are saved using another script. On the gantt chart time interval and total play duration can be set. for each actors the positions can be set for any time interval. Function to add or remove actors added. For the timeline feature currently I have made a barebones version as concept. It will track the position of a single actor based on the gantt chart. In the future I will make it track multiple people at once. If this is what you would like please contact me so we can discuss further and so I can create it more towards your liking.

Hi Ben regarding this project, I have an idea of creating a custom program that takes in the Gantt chart data, position, etc and creates a video from it. How does that sound as a direction for this project? If you like it please chat with me so we can discuss further for this project

3. Yes as this is just a concept mock up I just created a barebones version if you would like me to continue on it I will prettify it and make it professional looking.

For 2. Currently I set it up to show an animation, and I just realized in the freelancer the gif became corrupted and didn't show it here, so here is a link to the current animation https://imgur.com/a/Ql8Q9cI . This is still a barebones and I will add things such as all actors at ones, time stamp, but it is still just an animation. In the meantime I will try to look into a program or software that can parse this data to create a video automatically.

Hello Ben,
1. The coordinate positions are saved automatically by adding the circle position around the theater layout. Currently I set it up so in the gantt chart, actors are assigned position circles and move based on those circles.- 2 år siden

Hi Ario, thank you for taking time to prepare concept. i have a few questions. 1. on my theatre layout map, what do you propose to record the location of the actors as they move around theatre (latitude/longitude? x/y? some other coordinates on my layout?. 2. i want to 'play' the finished product as a 'video'. so starting at beginning of play, i want to see as time increases, which actors are involved and where they travel to. what program do you suggest to read this data from the gantt chart? 3. presentation is important to me as i need to present this professionally to people. i will need both the gantt chart and the map (as a movie) to be presentation quality...can you do this too? Thank, Ben
