I forgot to mention that the samples are 1920 x 1080p. If it don't fit the FB and Instagram, I could just resize it to fit them.

Can you add a little color to emphasis words and the logo at the end. Also, I like the hour glass but I am not sure the symbolism of what it represents here. Do you have anything else instead? Can you also increase the font size a little.
