Design/suggest something that displays the status of the user

Sparkling and glowing!

my idea is that the text should be sparkling and glowing so that it 'catches the eye' of the viewer as you have described in the brief. The name would be above the photo.. and the 'status' should be somewhere on the photo which will definitely have an impact on user experience.
