Design a Logo for for our company

Redesigned as per your feed-back and my thought

Thsi time, I've made a silhouette of Hanumanji and placed as facing Lord Shiva. Resembling Hanumanji prominently or faintly in the logo with the tail or with His weapon is not coming out good. I think the silhouette of Hanumanji is going pretty well this time. Looking forward for your feed-back to proceed with the finalisation of the logo. Thanks and regards
