This is a re-post logo contest as the previous wining logo had some copyright infringements. It was my first post for a logo contest therefore I made some mistakes, hopefully it will be better managed this time.

The logo is about an online waiver company called sWaiver. It is derived from the "simple waiver" and its core message is the simplicity. That means, simple flat-based designs will be favored.

I prefer the added color to be #16a085. The logo is intended for both white and black background so I really liked to see it with both versions. I attach the previous failed logo design to showcase the direction of the logo that I prefer.
Moreover, it will be a big plus if the 'sW' part of the word can be used as an icon. See the attached file for an example.

Finally, I intent to keep the logo contest the whole 14 days.
