Design a Logo for a Business

Hi, An additional approach to incorporate the gear icon which depicts indstry here and gear icon in itself depicts supplies also. Also have tried to use colors but can be changed accordingly. The initial outline of gear was black which I changed to blue and dropped a shadow and bevel and some layer styles and filters. The text is also styled with stroke, bevel and filters. Couple of other techniques were used. Any individual piece used here are non-copyrighted but logo is my own creation. here. Any feedback is appreciated if you would like to see some fine refinements.
