Your breif was not very specific and there wasnt much details, depending on what you provided, i have desgined this. You can inform me of the changes you want. i will only give the images without watermarks if i am the winner. Otherwise legally you are not allowed to use my drawings. I will also provide you a FULL 3D Video as a gift , i hope you can increase the price. Once the video finishes rendering, i will send you the youtube link. I have spend hours working on this, therefore please inform me if you want to make any changes. HIBBSKETCHUP is my youtube channel name, it can be changed from the pictures to whatever you want. 1. It will be called Grand Gardens Estate
2. Make the road in front of the estate to be a straight dual lane road. And can you make the entrance similar to the 3d photo I attached in the contest.
3. The size needs be changed. The current length of the entire estate is ok, but its not wide enough. So make it about 3 times wider.
And still put the entrance and main road in the middle as you currently have it.
4. The resorts should remain as you have them on the right side. They'll just have to be bigger now or you can put a driveway and green area to make up the space to the main road.
5. On the left side, put in more rows of homes like you currently have and smaller roads leading to them.
Also can we also get photos of the estate in the day time.

As you can see EVERYOTHER user is requesting to increase the price. most people are asking for $2500, but I am happy to do everything very professionally for $600
