Create an Order Processing System

Professional developer needed to install, customize and set up an order management processing system for our product to be sold on various e-commerce platforms. Must be fully automated from several platforms, along with backend customer notifications & other product requirements. I have a video to show how we are currently processing our orders, however it is too large to upload. I will attach some screenshots to show some examples. Also, here is what we are currently doing, and I also have a 17 minute video that is too large to fit here, visually walking through the process. I am looking to award this as soon as possible to begin building.
I am needing to hire someone to build an automated customer order management system for my company.
We are currently selling on our WP Woocommerce website and Etsy. We are looking to expand to Amazon, Ebay, etc.
Right now when an order is placed through either platform, it is added to a Google Spreadsheet through Automate.io. The customer is directed AFTER the purchase to upload a photo in a Powr.io form that is embedded on our website. The photo is dropped into a Google Drive folder, and the Powr form info is uploaded into the same Google Sheet, but separate tab through the help of Zapier.
I then have to manually create an internal order # for each new order that comes into the Google Sheet by dragging the cell formula down from the previous row into the new auto-populated row (along with other manual cells to populate the ship date, etc.). I then have a plethora of VLOOKUP functions throughout another tab where and order form is created for printing. This is so we can track the customer's order progress in our packaging/shipping dept. (AKA my basement for now) The customer's photo is then sent to my artist team who draws the photo digitally and sends it back to us. We then send that image to a local print shop who prints the image onto the canvas and brings the printed canvas to us to package it with the supplies and ship it out the door through GoShippo.com. Each step is manually tracked by updating a drop down column in the Google Sheet. Once the package ships, we then take the paper order form and go through Etsy and Woocommerce to mark the orders as shipped. Also, throughout all of this, we have emails being triggered to the customers through Powr forms and Mailchimp.
In order to scale, we cannot have all this manual entry, and we need it to be automated and streamlined. I have only set this up as a temporary process, and am ready to build a more robust, scalable system.
