Create a marketing photo from an example.. looking to find this stock template and purchase it

We cannot find the example video's template... we need to find it, purchase it and have you put the following clients information in the video... I'd like this done ASAP!! They are in a hurry... the first freelancer to complete the job will win the contest and most likely be hired again for more videos they need to make... The graphics and stock photos dont have to be exact...

If you cannot find the template, then need a video created thats very similar... I'd like the same thing said only the product name is: Stream Pro TV...

    Hi there. I would apply for the contest and finish this but there are some things that I dont understand
    - The video sample it doesent come from a Template, but its made. Only the video background is a stock footage
    - Its really simple video and for today's standarts, you would really like something thats its more cutting edge to attract more customers (#increaseprice)
    - Do you or do you not provide VoiceOver or the freelancer has ato come up with one ? (if you do not provide VO - #increaseprice)
